All our second hand car parts are guaranteed
for 3 months, except where a special agreement
has been reached between the two parties.

Conditions of our guarantee for second hand parts:

• Our parts are guaranteed for 3 months per exchange,

• Our parts shall not be reimbursed but exchanged for the corresponding
part, failing which a credit shall be granted.

All purchases imply full knowledge and acceptance of our general sales conditions.

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Lure commercial court.
